IN SHORT: Reduced staff during upcoming holidays. Onetrail system restart will occur on December 26th and January 2nd – TUESDAY evening instead of MONDAY evening.

Dear customer,

We will be working with a reduced staff due to the upcoming holidays from Monday the 25th of December until Tuesday January 2nd.

This may cause some delay in receiving a response from support.

Due to Christmas and New Year’s both falling on Monday, we have changed our scheduled system maintenance for the following days respectively:

December 26th
January 2nd

This is just normal maintenance that is being rescheduled, no action is needed on your end.
