MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATIONIN SHORT:
The maintenance window of Monday the 4th of July will be postponed until the 3rd Monday of the month, the 18th of July. To comply with our ISO27001 certification standards we patch our systems regularly.
Dear customer, As we are striving to keep our systems as safe as possible we have to patch our systems. We planned this Update TPN platform
As you know we are updating the TPN platform on a regular base with recommended software patches.
To be more predictable and even more in line with the latest patches we have decided to install the OS patches once a month on all environments.
The production environment will be updated every third Monday of the month. Patching usually requires more downtime, the extended maintenance time is planned from 19:00 – 23:00 CET. During this update, we will shut down the entire platform including the high available services.
During this timeframe you may encounter problems using our services. We apologize for any inconvenience. Regulair scheduled maintenance Our regulair scheduled maintenance window : our platform will be down between 18.30 and 23:00. To be as informative as possible we've planned this for the whole year 2024:
