ACC Migration to AWS
The migration of the Onetrail Acceptance (test) environment to Amazon Web Services (AWS) has been delayed to will proceed on Tuesday June 10th.
We wanted to let you know that we’ve decided not to proceed We’re moving forward with the ACC (test) environment migration to AWS as planned todayon Tuesday, June 10 at 08:00CET.
After resolving the previously identified issue with authentication, we’re confident in proceeding with the cutover. The current environment will remain available and fully operational for now.
During our final pre-cutover testing, we identified an issue with a critical authentication feature on AWS. We’re using the upcoming days to investigate and resolve this, and we’ve rescheduled the migration for next Tuesday, June 10.
until the transition begins.
As always, we’ll be monitoring the migration closely. If any unexpected issues arise, we’re prepared to roll it back. We will send an update at the end of the dayWe’ll keep you updated as we move forward and appreciate your understanding and patience.
