Minimum Staffing on Thursday, November 9th, and Friday, November 10th, 2023:
On these dates, we will be hosting a company retreat with all Onetrail employees. Consequently, our operations will be running with minimal staff throughout both days. Please rest assured that support will remain available for high-priority incidents, and our Onetrail system will be continuously monitored as usual.

OS Patching PRD on Monday, November 13th:
We are rescheduling the OS patching for our Production Systems to Monday, November 13th, instead of the previously planned date of Monday, November 20th. This change is due to the proximity of Black Friday.
