Put order on-hold

You can put an order on-hold to sort out price differences, check delivery-date with your supplier or any other thing that takes some time.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Enter your Sales Order Number;
  
  
• Enter the reason;
   
• Press   Save changes. 
  
  

Result 

Order status shows = Line is on-hold

After Instead of putting the whole order on-hold, you have to release the order to perform the required changes or confirmationcan also put one order line on-hold and confirm the other order lines.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  Go to
  
• Select the order line Image Added;
  
  
• Press Image Added with the on-hold status Image Removedline;
  Press Image Removed Release order;
  
  
• Apply the changes to the order or save directly without changesEnter the reason;
  
  
• Press  Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows  Image Removed= Line confirmed without changes

Or

Order status shows  Image Removed = Line is confirmed with changes

Image Added = Order line is on-hold  

Release order after

Instead of After putting the whole order on-hold, you can also put one order line on-hold and confirm the other order lineshave to release the order to perform the required changes or confirmation.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Select Go to the order line Image Removedwith the on-hold status Image Added;
  
  
• Press Image Removed on-hold line Image Added Release order;
  
  
• Enter the reasonApply the changes to the order or save directly without changes;
  
  
• Press  Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows Image Added= Line confirmed without changes

Or

Order status shows  Image Added = Line is confirmed with changes Image Removed = Order line is on-hold
